Workout for the day;

700 Jumping Jacks - since I missed the one’s from yesterday.

I do 50 jumping jacks and pause for 5 seconds and then resume. You can spread them out on your day, but I like to do them all at once.

I did not even real food yesterday, just my chips and 3 cookies.
